When do I have to pay the fees?
We ask for a 50% deposit when you make your booking
and the remaining fee is payable on the day you bring
your dog to us. We accept cash and cheques.

What time can I drop off/collect my dog?
You can drop your dog off anytime after 09:00hrs and
can collect anytime up to 18:00hrs or by prior agreement.

What happens if my dog is ill while I'm on holiday?
We are registered with Masefield Veterinary Centre
who will provide 24 hour advice and care ensuring that
your dog is looked after at all times. All veterinary
fees are your responsibility.

Is my dog kept on a lead when out for a walk?
Unless we have specific instructions from you your dog
will be walked on the lead at all times. On arrival
at Dogs Allowed Home Boarding we add our own identity
tag to your dog's collar for added security.

What will I need to supply for my dog?
To make your dog's stay with us happy and to ease their
transition please bring the following:
- All
proof of vaccinations.
This is a legal requirement
of the licence conditions otherwise your dog(s) cannot
be boarded;
- Food,
enough for the duration of their stay;
- Treats
(Optional);
- Bowls;
- Dog
bed and bedding;
- Collar
and lead;
- Toys/comforters
(Optional);
- Grooming
aids;

6.
Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
Yes - we will need to see evidence that your dog has
been vaccinated. See Terms and Conditions.

If I cancel my booking will I lose my deposit?
We request a 50% deposit on all bookings which is NON-REFUNDABLE
if booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to boarding.

8.
Are you licenced with the local council?
Yes - we are the first Home Boarding for
Dogs facility licenced by Malvern Hills
District Council.

9.
Will you take my dog to the vet if I have a pre-arranged
appointment?
Yes we will make the visits with your dog but will charge
mileage at 44p/mile if outside the Malvern Area.
